This policy explains what information Aspena collects when you use this website or work with us, how it's used, and who it's shared with.
Information we collect
Information you give us directly: when you submit the contact form, book a call, or email us, we receive the name, business name, email address, phone number and message you choose to provide.
Information collected automatically: like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it — pages viewed, general location (city/country level, not precise), device and browser type, and how you arrived here (search, direct, a link). This is done through cookies and similar technology set by Google. We don't use advertising trackers or sell this data.
Payment information: if you pay for a service through this site, payment is processed by Stripe. Aspena never receives or stores your full card number — Stripe handles that directly under its own security standards.
Scheduling information: if you book a call through this site, the scheduling tool (Calendly) collects your name, email and the details needed to set up that meeting, under its own privacy policy.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and measure site usage. You can block or delete these through your browser's privacy settings, or opt out of Google Analytics tracking specifically using Google's browser add-on. Blocking cookies won't affect your ability to use this site or contact us.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential project
- To deliver services you've engaged us for, and process payment for them
- To understand which pages and content are useful, so we can improve the site
- We do not sell or rent your information to third parties
Who we share information with
We share information only with the services needed to run this site and deliver work: Google Analytics (site usage data), Stripe (payment processing), Calendly (scheduling, where used), and our hosting provider. Each of these processes data under its own privacy policy. We don't share your information with anyone else without your permission, except where required by law.
Data you provide during a project
If you become a client, any accounts, credentials or business information you share are used solely to deliver the agreed project and are not used for any other purpose without your permission.
How long we keep information
Contact form submissions and project-related information are kept as long as needed to respond to you or deliver the engagement, and for a reasonable period afterward for our own records. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a copy of it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@aspena.io. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe. Deleting information tied to an active project may affect our ability to continue that engagement.
Children's privacy
This site and Aspena's services are directed at businesses, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
