These terms cover use of this website and the general terms under which Aspena provides services. By using this site or engaging Aspena for work, you agree to these terms. Specific project terms (scope, price, timeline) are confirmed separately in writing before work begins, and where they differ from this page, the written project agreement governs.
Use of this website
The content on this site is provided for general information about Aspena's services. You may not copy or reuse Aspena's branding, design or written content without permission.
Services and pricing
- Fixed-price services (Launch, Launch Express, Grow, Automate, Intelligence) are billed at the price listed or agreed at the time of purchase
- Custom-scoped work is quoted individually after understanding what's needed, and confirmed in writing before work begins
- Project scope, pricing and timelines are confirmed in writing before work begins; changes to scope after that may affect price or timeline
- Turnaround times stated for any service (including Launch Express's 24-hour delivery) begin once we've received the content and information needed to do the work — not from the moment of payment
Payment and refunds
One-time services: paid in advance through this site or by invoice. If you haven't yet sent us the content or information needed to start, you can request a full refund at any time before work begins. Once work has started, refunds are handled case by case — if something isn't right, tell us and we'll fix it; we don't offer refunds for completed, delivered work.
Recurring services (such as Grow, Website Care, or hosting-only): billed monthly, and you can cancel anytime before your next billing date to stop future charges. We don't prorate or refund partial months already paid.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Aspena does not store your full card details.
Ownership
Ownership of delivered assets (website, code, accounts, domain and hosting where applicable) transfers to the client once the project is paid in full, as described for each service. Until full payment is received, Aspena retains ownership of work in progress. Aspena may reference completed client work in its own portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to.
Client responsibilities
Timelines depend on receiving what we need from you — content, feedback, access to accounts — in a timely way. Delays on your end will extend the delivery timeline accordingly, and this is not treated as a missed deadline on our part.
Cancellation
You can cancel a recurring service (Grow, Website Care, hosting-only) at any time; it stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for. One-time projects can be cancelled before work begins per the refund terms above; once work is underway, cancellation is handled case by case based on work already completed.
Limitation of liability
Aspena provides services on a professional best-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, Aspena is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of delivered work, and Aspena's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Changes don't apply retroactively to projects already agreed in writing.
