- Ownership of delivered assets (website, code, accounts) transfers to the client as described for each service
- One-time services are billed as agreed; monthly services (such as Grow) may be cancelled per the terms confirmed at signup

Aspena provides services on a professional best-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, Aspena is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of delivered work.
